7-10 November: Remembrance Weekend
We are pleased that representatives from all three of our twin towns will be joining us in Bicester for the Remembrance Weekend to honour and remember those who gave their lives in the service of their countries. Their show of solidarity is much appreciated. The public are warmly invited to share in the event by gathering at Market Square before 11am on Sunday November 9th. The mayors or deputies of Czernichów, Essarts-en-Bocage and Neunkirchen-Seelscheid will be among those laying wreaths. There will be a parade, and two minutes silence will be observed at 11am. The Remembrance Service will then be held at St. Edburg’s Church beginning at 11.45am.
19 November2025: Our Pub Quiz
On Wednesday 19th November, there will be a repeat of the very successful quiz evening we held earlier this year. Table money will be £5 per person, with teams of four (if possible). Arrival at 7 for a 7.30pm start at The Shakespeare Pub, Bowmont Square, Shakespeare Drive, Bicester, OX26 2GJ. Please put the date in your diary now!
