One of the most pleasurable aspects of taking part in town twinning is the opportunity to experience the foods and cooking styles of other countries. Over the years many people from Bicester have enjoyed visiting our twin towns and making friends with their host families. When sharing a meal sometimes a recipe has been swapped. Here in this booklet you will find a selection of traditional family recipes from each town – including our own. We hope you will enjoy trying them out!
